Start, finish, pause and any breakage β if the bot stops sending, the reason shows here.
Tickets
Pick a ticket to read and reply.
Ticket categories
Each category is a button on the panel β set who can see it and which Discord category the ticket channel is created under.
New category
Post the ticket panel
Tick the categories you want as buttons on this panel, then post it. You can build different panels for different channels. Post it once per channel β the buttons keep working.
No categories yet β add some above.
Add staff
Search anyone registered on the website, pick a department, done.
Department rules
Each department decides which desks its members see and whether they can act or only observe. Members without a department see every desk.
City Departments
EMS, PD, Fire, business owners — each gets a member panel with news, a handbook, and a roster. Assign a chief and they manage it from their portal. Members are auto-added when a matching City Job application is approved, and chiefs can add people too.
Staff roster
Everyone with access to this website, and the rank they hold. Ranks mirror the in-city ladder — edit them below to match exactly.
Ranks
Higher level = more senior. Director is locked to full access.
Permissions matrix
What each rank can see and do on this website (not in the city). Tick to grant. Changes save instantly. Director always has everything.
Post a changelog

π§ AI Support Brain
While ON, Claude studies every closed ticket — the issue, how staff resolved it, facts about the player, and any server/FiveM rules involved — and files it into a growing knowledge base. The Support Agent below answers from this brain.
π€ Support Agent BETA
While ON, the agent watches open tickets and replies as Vice Assist — AI (beta) when the brain confidently knows the answer (FAQ + taught rules + learned tickets). It stays silent when unsure, never invents rules, steps aside the moment a staff member replies, and never handles staff actions like unbans or refunds. Add FAQs in Teach it directly below — that's its best material.
Ticket categories it works in — untick a category to keep the agent out of it (none ticked = all categories).
π¬ Ask the brain
Ask it anything a player would ask. It answers through the exact same knowledge and rules as the live ticket agent — so what you see here is what a player gets. If it would have stayed silent in a real ticket, it says so instead of guessing. Every answer shows the entries it used; if it’s wrong, hit Correct this and teach it the right answer (and bin the entry that misled it).
Nothing asked yet — try “how do I appeal a ban?”
π§ Player knowledge
A living dossier per player, built from every ticket and application decision. The support agent will use these to know exactly who it's talking to.
π Scan the Discord
Reads the channels you tick and files what it learns into the brain — decisions, rules, recurring questions, announcements, who’s active. Runs every few minutes and only reads what’s new since last time. Channels marked π staff are filed as staff-only: the community manager can read them, the player-facing ticket agent cannot. Leave ticket and log channels off — tickets are already learned, and log channels are machine noise.
Threads and forums are read automatically — there is nothing extra to switch on. For any channel you tick, the scanner also reads its threads (live and recently archived). A 𧡠forum has no messages of its own: every post is a thread, and the thread title is usually the question, so those get recorded along with how they were resolved.
Hit Refresh channel list to pull your channels from Discord.
π What it's learned
Every entry in the brain — click one to read it, delete anything wrong.
βοΈ Teach it directly
Paste rules, server lore, policies — goes straight into the brain as official knowledge (no AI call, free).
π§ Maintenance mode
While ON, visitors see the maintenance page (with the Discord link) β staff can still sign in there and browse the full site to test.
π§ Staff Panel maintenance
While ON, the Staff Panel (/admin) is management-only β staff see a maintenance screen instead. The public site is unaffected.
π΅οΈ Staff anonymity
ON: staff in tickets show as Staff Team - their role. OFF: staff type as themselves — names show, nothing is rewritten.
β‘ Instant bot (VPS)
The always-on VPS bot rewrites staff ticket messages the moment they're sent (instead of within 60 seconds). While it's online, the slower cron stands down.
π© Ticket reports channel
Where reports land when someone reports how a ticket was handled. Leave it on “DM management” to get them directly.
π Who can see tickets on the website
Management always can. Departments with π« Ticket access grant their whole team (set in Staff & Departments). These toggles are one-off extras for individuals.
